1. Respect people
Do not harass, bully, stalk, shame, or repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop. Hate speech, slurs, dehumanizing content, and attacks based on protected characteristics are prohibited.
2. Protect physical and emotional safety
Do not threaten, encourage, celebrate, or coordinate violence or serious harm. Do not promote self-harm, sexual exploitation, human trafficking, or abuse. Contact emergency services when someone faces immediate danger.
3. Be authentic
Do not impersonate people or organizations, misrepresent qualifications, create deceptive identities, manipulate engagement, or conduct scams. Parody or fan accounts must be clearly labeled and must not mislead users.
4. Respect privacy
Do not share another person’s private or sensitive information without authorization, including addresses, financial information, login credentials, private messages, or intimate images. Do not record or publish people where doing so violates law or a reasonable expectation of privacy.
5. Keep content lawful and appropriate
Do not post illegal content, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content, graphic cruelty, malware, instructions intended to facilitate serious wrongdoing, or content that infringes intellectual-property rights.
Adult sexual content and nudity may be removed or restricted, especially when public, non-consensual, exploitative, or involving minors.
6. Use events and services responsibly
Do not offer illegal, unsafe, fraudulent, or deceptively described goods or services. Accurately describe pricing, availability, qualifications, cancellations, locations, and material conditions. Respect permits, licenses, insurance, and local rules that apply to your activity.
7. No spam or platform abuse
Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, post repetitive promotions, create coordinated fake engagement, evade enforcement, scrape the Service, test vulnerabilities without authorization, or interfere with other users’ access.
8. How enforcement works
Depending on severity, context, history, and risk, Expansively may remove content, reduce visibility, issue warnings, restrict features, suspend accounts, permanently ban accounts, preserve evidence, or contact authorities when legally required or necessary to address imminent harm.
We may consider context and good-faith exceptions for education, newsworthiness, counterspeech, or documentation, but an exception is not guaranteed.
9. Report problems
Use the in-app Report option for users, posts, and comments. Use Block to prevent unwanted interaction. For urgent safety concerns or account-support issues, contact support@getexpansively.com.
